  The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) releases an offline version of Refworld on CD-Rom, a collection of reliable and up-to-date documents related to refugees, human rights and stateless persons. The information has been collected from UNHCR's global network of field offices, governments, international and non-governmental organizations, academic institutions and judicial bodies in order to facilitate the work of decision-makers, analysts, human rights activists and academics. It has been referred to as a "refugee encyclopedia", as it contains documents ranging from background country reports to legal position papers, guidelines and statistics. Parts of this collection are available on the website.
