Select Bibiliography

This select bibliography covers the articles and books published from the year 1998 to 2001. The main journals which are exclusively used for the selection of articles are : International Journal of Refugee Law, International Review of the Red Cross, Indian Journal of International Law and other relevant journals in the field of international law. The idea behind inclusion of the select bibliography in the yearbook is to provide to the interested reader the latest information on the contemporary issues in the area of International Humanitarian and Refugee Laws. It may be mentioned in this context that this Yearbook being brought out by the Indian Society of International Law is intended mainly to provide adequate materials for research for students, scholars and practitioners of International Humanitarian Law and Refugee Law through out the world.
