Human Resources Data Protection in the Global Arena is a two-day conference organised by Privacy & American Business and the International Association for Human Resource Information Management. CRID conference, Belgium, 8-10 November 1999

CRID, a Belgium research centre for computers and law, is organising a three-day conference on the theme On the brink of new evolutions in the law of information technology. The workshops will discuss the responsibility of Internet intermediaries, regulation of telecommunications, controlling access to protected works, e-commerce in the general theory of contracts and privacy in the information era. The conference will have simultaneous translation from French into English and vice versa.
