Ministerial Decree 142/2001 of 26 September 2001 amends articles 1, 28, 34, 48, and Annex II of the Regulation on the Office of Products ("o Despacho de Mercadorias") and the respective annexes approved by Ministerial Decree 206/98 of 25 November 1998. Changes deal with documents that accompany declarations, simplified system of imports, disputes between the declarer and the Customs Office, and other pertinent matters.
