AGREEMENT

in the form of agreed minutes extending for 1983 the temporary arrangement on concerted disciplines between the European Economic Community and Spain on imports of cheese into Spain

1. At the conclusion of the consultations held on 11 November 1982 under paragraph 9 of the temporary arrangement on concerted disciplines between Spain and the European Economic Community on imports of cheese into Spain, the Spanish and EEC delegations have arrived at the following arrangements, subject to approval by their respective authorities.

2. The temporary arrangement of 6 July 1982 on concerted disciplines between Spain and the European Economic Community on imports of cheese into Spain shall be extended for one year.

3. The quantities of imports of cheese into Spain from the Community which, in 1983, shall be used for the granting of import authorizations on an orderly and regular basis by the Spanish authorities, shall be fixed as set out in the Annex to these agreed minutes.

4. '1982', as referred to in paragraphs 2, 3, 8 and 9, shall accordingly be replaced by '1983'.
