in the form of an exchange of letters providing for the provisional application, for the period 1 January to 31 March 1983, of the Agreement amending the Agreement between the European Economic Communities and the Government of the Republic of Guinea Bissau on fishing off the coast of Guinea Bissau

Sir,

I have the honour to confirm that we have agreed to apply the arrangements of the Fishing Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Guinea Bissau and the European Economic Community, negotiated for 1983 to 1985, pending its entry into force, from 1 January to 31 March 1983.

I should be obliged if you would kindly acknowledge receipt of this letter.
