Sir,

I have the honour to refer to the Exchange of Letters of today's date relating to the 1982 Agreement between the European Community and Bulgaria on trade in mutton and lamb.

I also have the honour to confirm that before 31 December 1990, in addition to the global quantity fixed in point 2 of the 1982 Agreement, Bulgaria may deliver a supplementary quantity of 1 000 tonnes of which a maximum of 400 tonnes in the form of meat.

I should be obliged if you would kindly acknowledge receipt of this letter.
