This database contains decisions of the Children Services Tribunal of
Queensland as selected by the Tribunal.

"Digital Technology Law Journal" (AustLII)
The Digital Technology Law Journal is a wholly on-line periodical. It was
established in 1999 by the Asia Pacific 
Intellectual Property Law Institute (APIPLI)

Western Australia.  The journal is produced and 
maintained by members of APIPLI.

This library includes databases of Australasian Intellectual Property law
available on AustLII. Catalog and Websearch enables searches of Australasian
Intellectual Property materials on other websites as does Law on Google.

"Workplace Relations Law Library" (AustLII)
This library includes databases of Workplace Relations law available on
AustLII. Catalog and Websearch enables searches of Workplace Relations
materials on other websites as does Law on Google. The Legal Publishers
Search searches over CCH's Industrial Law Library and ABL's Workplace
materials. There is also a section on the High Court Workplace Relations
Challenge 2006 which brings together the Workplace Relations legislation
and High Court transcripts of the challenge to it.
