Vietnamese Laws1. In the event of purchase and sale of property right, the seller must transfer the documents and fill the procedures of transfer of ownership right to the buyer, and the buyer must pay money to the seller.
2. In the event that the property right is a claim on debts, and the seller is committed to ensuring the capability of payment of the debtor, the seller shall be jointly liable for payment if the debtor fails to pay the debt when it is due.
3. The time of transfer of property ownership right is the time the buyer receives the documents proving the ownership of such property or from the time of registration of transfer of ownership right, if the law so requires.
